Orders

 

Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days (from date of posting), If you have not recieved your delivery, log into your account and see the 'Order History'.

 

Order History

 

Open - We have recieved your order and processing the items.

 

Awaiting stock - We expect to receive new stock within a reasonable time. We will hold your order and dispatch the item to you as soon as stock is available.

 

Completed - We have processed your order and your items have dispatched.

 

Cancelled - Your order has been cancelled and an email explaining the reason has been sent to you.

 

Cancel your order

 

You can cancel your order on-line at any point up to the completion of the secure payment section at the checkout. Please contact us through the form on our website advising the applicable order number if you wish to cancel your order beyond this point.
